my personal info will be a work in progress. this site is intended to be a showcase and sharing grounds for my work moreso than me, even though my work is ultimately an extension of myself anyway.

it’s the name of my ‘brand”; what started as a screen name for chatting online eventually became the name and face for both myself and my work to millions of people across the internet. that’s a pretty powerful userbase, and i’ve since co-opted the name to be more effective and useful than just my name alone. because even in my relatively small industry of creativity, my legal name isn’t unique, even if my work is.

cortjezter is more than just a misspelling. to me, it represents a fun, eclectic, and slightly mischievous spirit; something very reflective of my personality, which in turn lends itself and its edges to my creative endeavours.
